HOW WORK PAYMENT
You must make an order confirmation on the site of all the selected goods (you do not have to pay anything after the order confirmation and you are not obliged to pay if you change your mind later on our site), after which we will contact you to create a tailor-made quote for you , if you accept we will send you a proforma with all the costs (goods and shipping or just goods if you decide to do the shipping yourself), if your delivery address is outside Europe we will manage the import for you (with an additional payment for the management of the same which we will quantify from time to time and only and exclusively if the customer requests it), and we ship directly to your address.
In the case of a pre-order, however, to confirm the goods we will ask you through a proforma for 50% of the total invoice that we will issue you and when you go to order it, the balance of the same must be paid no later than 24 hours of arrival of the goods at our supplier (we will give you proof of arrival through photographs of the goods you ordered) once the goods have arrived at our supplier's warehouse ready for delivery.
It is of fundamental importance that you know that from the moment you pay the 50% advance and once the goods arrive in the warehouse for any reason not attributable to Gea or our supplier you decide to change your mind, we will retain your deposit in full and close the invoice and you will no longer be owed anything.
Regarding payment systems, we only accept bank transfers of the most important currencies.
